2ND TRIMESTER 2010

Throughout this trimester students were expected to focus on their own individual drives, identifying issues important to themselves as individuals and humanitarian designers. The freedom in topic provided for an open platform for students to explore projects that highlight and address the issues which they felt relevant to Man & Humanity. Some themes such as food, increasing social capital and designing for change appear to have found places within many of the personal projects. Throughout this trimester the Solid house Foundation project continued to be worked upon. A 24 week workshop also commenced this trimester with Reny van der Kamp and Joop Verloop as a mentors.
